Sisters with Scriptures!

I am a blood bought, born again, believer of the one true king, Jesus Christ. I am a wife of 16 years and a mother of three amazing children. I am a licensed minister with the Texas Church of God and have been serving as a youth pastor for 6 adventurous years alongside with my husband. I’ve been in law enforcement for 14 years and currently serve and protect students, teachers and staff in a school district. I am called as a servant to the Lord and to love those who are labeled unlovable. I have a passion to serve others as Jesus came to serve and not be to served.

I established sisterswithscriptures.org in July of 2020 during the COVID -19 pandemic. The Lord gave me a passion to write and a vision for this blog to be an online community where women can encourage each other! I am totally in love with Jesus as he has transformed my heart and mind. I have seen the mighty miracles of God as he has restored and healed many areas of my life. Some of those areas include physical abuse, alcoholism, adultery, depression and cancer. I am dedicated to glorifying the Lord in all I do, praising him for his goodness! The enemy tried to destroy my marriage, my children, my faith, my health and me! But we serve such a faithful promising God, who called me by my name and rescued me! He healed my brokenness and made me whole!

My passion is to encourage women all around the world through scripture allowing the Holy Spirit to minster direction, correction and purification through the word of God! I am restored, free, healed, full of joy, love and strength because of Jesus! And you can be too!
